1. Written Notice Requirement
A minimum 30-day written notice is required for voluntary move-out or service cancellation. Notice must be submitted by the resident or the legally responsible party.

2. Refund of Deposit
Any refundable security deposit will be processed within 14–30 business days, less any outstanding balances, damages, or unpaid service fees.

3. Non-Refundable Fees
Admission fees, administrative fees, and assessment fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Involuntary Discharge
The facility reserves the right to discharge a resident due to non-payment, policy violations, medical needs beyond the facility’s scope, or safety risks, in accordance with applicable state regulations.

5. Medical Transfers
If a resident requires hospitalization or higher-level care, billing adjustments will follow the signed Residency Agreement terms.
